What are the benefits of sound baths ?
When done well sound baths induce a deep state of calm, a break from busy mind, a pause from busy life. A valuable addition to your self care practices as they can help to rebalance your nervous system back to a state of calm awareness.
This can allow for pain reduction, improved sleep and digestion and much more.
I use crystal and brass singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, voice, 432hz handpan, drums, percussion and whatever else I can get my hands on at the time of your booking! My latest addition to my musical family is a ancient greek lyre.
2 practitioners lead this custom program. Participants experience a curated sound bath, followed by spa foot soaks, guided meditation and light refreshments. 2-3hrs depending on number of participants.

The Human Mandala sound bath
Sound in the round, a sound meditation immersion that’s unique and different each time. Live instruments, voice… held together with you in a sacred healing space.
You’ll bring your comfort items, yoga mat, blanket, pillows etc and be laid out in the shape of a mandala for maximum group resonance, connection and healing.
