The career vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and Canadian recording artist began studying Sound Therapy formally in 2014 and completed her Associate’s Degree in Sound Therapy in 2021.

Helping others feel ‘safe and sound’ is her passionresetting the nervous system is the foundation.
