Need help choosing? You’re always welcome to book a free phone or Zoom consultation with Narissa before purchasing your tuning forks. And once your forks arrive, you’re welcome to book a free follow-up if you’d like some help getting started or have questions about using them.

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Returns

  • Please, ALWAYS contact us before sending a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returned products.

  • All items should be returned without damage, significant marks or excessive wear, photos may be requested.

  • Refunds minus the restocking fee are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Digital Products, workshops, soundbaths, & Courses

Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees. These charges and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
